The rain cover effectively blocks rainwater by tightly covering the conveyor belt, ensuring the dryness and stability of materials during transportation.
Anti-dust and anti-pollution: In the process of material transportation, especially powdery or granular materials, it is easy to produce dust flying. These dusts will not only pollute the working environment and affect the health of the operators, but also may have an adverse effect on the surrounding environment. At the same time, outside dust may also be mixed into the material, affecting product quality. The rain cover can form a relatively closed space to isolate the material from the outside environment, greatly reducing the spread of dust and the entry of external dust, which plays an important role in environmental protection and product quality improvement.
Wind protection: Strong wind may blow down the materials on the conveyor belt, causing material loss, and may interfere with the normal operation of the conveyor belt, resulting in problems such as conveyor belt deflection. The arch or arc design of the rain cover can better disperse the wind, reduce the impact of the wind on the material and the conveyor belt, and ensure the smooth running of the conveying process.
Extend the life of the equipment: conveyor is exposed to the natural environment for a long time, rain, dust, etc. will accelerate the corrosion and wear of the equipment. The existence of the rain cover provides a protective barrier for the conveyor and reduces the direct contact between the equipment and the harsh environment, thus effectively extending the service life of the conveyor and reducing the maintenance cost and replacement frequency of the equipment.
