The Natural Aging And Process Of The Test Bench Are That It Can Be Used After Debugging Is Completed. The Room Temperature Is Controlled At 20 ± 5 ℃. When Testing Workpieces On The Table, They Should Be Placed And Moved Gently, And Not Concentrated In One Area. Try To Evenly Use The Entire Area Of The Test Bench. It Is Not Easy To Place Heavy Workpieces On The Flat Surface Of The Test Bench, And It May Cause Diagonal Deformation. In The Use Of The Test Bench, It Is Necessary To Handle Any Tool Gently To Reduce Collisions And Avoid Excessive Impact Pressure.

The Weight Of The Workpiece Cannot Exceed The Rated Load Of The Flat Plate, Otherwise It May Cause A Decrease In Work Quality, Damage The Structure Of The Flat Plate, And Even Cause Deformation Of The Flat Plate, Making It Unusable. 2、 Place And Level The Support Points Of The Test Bench, Ensuring That Each Support Point Is Evenly Stressed And The Entire Test Bench Is Stable.

3、 During The Installation Of The Test Bench, The Various Support Points Of The Test Bench Should Be Padded And Compacted With Adjusting Shims, And The Technical Personnel Should Adjust The Test Bench To The Qualified Accuracy.

4、 When Using The Test Bench, Handle The Workpiece Gently And Do Not Move Rough Workpieces On The Test Bench To Avoid Damage Such As Bumps And Scratches On The Working Surface Of The Test Bench.

5、 In Order To Prevent Overall Deformation Of The Test Bench, After Use, The Workpiece Should Be Removed From The Test Bench To Avoid Long-term Heavy Pressure On The Test Bench, Which May Cause Deformation Of The Test Bench.

6、 When The Test Bench Is Not In Use, The Working Surface Should Be Cleaned In A Timely Manner, Then Coated With A Layer Of Anti Rust Oil, Covered With Anti Rust Paper, And Covered With The Outer Packaging Of The Test Bench To Prevent Damage To The Working Surface Of The Test Bench Caused By Carelessness.

7、 The Test Bench Should Be Installed In A Ventilated And Dry Environment, Away From Heat Sources, Corrosive Gases, And Corrosive Liquids.

The Working Surface Of The Test Bench Must Not Have Defects Such As Sand Holes, Air Holes, Cracks, Slag Inclusions, Shrinkage, Scratches, Bumps, Embroidery Points, Etc. That Seriously Affect The Appearance And Performance.

1、 Does The Temperature At The Testing Site Meet The Requirements Of The Verification Regulations (20 ± 5 ℃)? If Not, An Air Conditioner Should Be Used To Adjust The Temperature At The Testing Site To Meet The Requirements.

2、 The Time For The Calibration Tool Of The Test Bench To Balance The Temperature At The Calibration Site Should Not Be Less Than Four Hours.

3、 Check If The Certificates Of Conformity For The Inspection Tools And Main Supporting Equipment Are Within The Validity Period. If They Are Not Within The Validity Period, They Are Not Allowed To Be Used. Contact The Maintenance Personnel In A Timely Manner To Check If The Inspection Tools Are Still Qualified.

4、 Clean The Surface Of The Test Bench And Wipe It Clean With 120 # Solvent Gasoline.
