Installation method of rain cover for belt conveyor
Fixed frame: Weld Z-shaped steel or angle steel on the channel steel or small angle steel on both sides of the conveyor frame to serve as the support frame for the rain cover. If support angle steel is required, weld the support angle steel on both sides of the frame first, and then weld the Z-shaped steel or angle steel.
Installing the rain cover: Install the rain cover in a "V" shape from one end of the frame to the other, with the open-and-close cover pressed against the two adjacent fixed covers on the left and right. The overlap length should be one or two wave distances, with the hinge side placed on the non-passage side and the latch side placed on the passage side.
Fixing rain covers: Use hooks or self-tapping screws to secure the rain covers to Z-shaped steel or angle iron. Each cover requires at least 4 fixing points.
Install observation window: Install one observation window cover every 10 covers for observation and maintenance.
