Suggestions for extending the life of color steel plate rain cover
Environmental adaptation: For coastal areas and chemical industrial zones, fluorocarbon-coated (PVDF) color steel plates are preferred, with additional anti-corrosion treatment for seams (such as applying weather-resistant sealant);
Quality control: During procurement, suppliers are required to provide base plate thickness testing reports, coating type and thickness testing reports for color steel plates to avoid purchasing "non-standard plates";
Standard installation: Select an experienced construction team, focus on inspecting joint sealing, drainage slope (ensure no water accumulation), and waterproof treatment of fasteners;
Regular maintenance:
Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the rain cover once every quarter;
Before the rainy season each year, inspect the integrity of joint seals and coatings. If any damage is found, promptly repair it with anti-corrosion paint of the same color;
Clean the accumulated snow in time after winter snow to avoid deformation of the board caused by heavy pressure of the accumulated snow.
